CASOMB-Certified Sex Offender Treatment           & REHABILITATION Program (SOTRP)

FosteringConnections, Inc. is a certified provider offering specialized treatment and rehabilitation services for individuals required or referred to sex offender-specific programming. We serve the entire state of California in English and Spanish.

Program Overview

Our program operates in alignment with California Sex Offender Management Board standards and the Containment Model, emphasizing accountability, victim awareness, risk reduction, and community safety. Services are delivered using evidence-based practices and coordinated communication with authorized supervising entities.

Services Include

  • Comprehensive intake and assessment

  • Individualized treatment planning

  • Group treatment programming, when applicable

  • Ongoing progress monitoring/polygraphs

  • Coordination with probation, courts, and supervising authorities

  • Relapse prevention and risk management strategies

FosteringConnections, Inc. provides CASOMB-certified sex offender treatment services throughout California, including El Dorado County, Sacramento County, Amador County, Placer County, Mono County, and surrounding areas.

Referrals 

We welcome referrals from courts, attorneys, probation departments, agencies, providers, and community partners. Our team works to make the referral process clear, timely, and responsive.
